This policy explains how Adamatics handles personal data on this website. It does not cover the Adamatics platform itself, which is governed by your organisation’s separate agreement with us.
Who we are
This website is operated by Adamatics (DK CVR 40082727), based in Copenhagen, Denmark. For any privacy question or request, contact us at info@adamatics.com.
Data Protection Officer
We haven’t appointed a Data Protection Officer, as one isn’t required for the scale and type of processing this website carries out. If our processing activities change in a way that would require one, we’ll appoint one and update this policy.
What we collect, and why
This is a static marketing website. We do not run user accounts, comments, or advertising, and we do not sell personal data. We process data in only three ways:
- Analytics (only with your consent). If you accept analytics cookies, we use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site — pages viewed, clicks, and general usage patterns — so we can improve it. Clarity sets the
_clckand_clskcookies and does not run until you consent. Legal basis: your consent — Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. - Cookie consent. We use CookieYes to record your cookie choices so we can respect them on future visits. This stores a consent record in your browser and does not identify you. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping an accurate, auditable record of your consent choices — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — which also supports our accountability obligations under Art. 5(2) and 7(1).
- Booking a call. Our contact page embeds Cal.com so you can book a 30-minute call; it loads only after you accept functional cookies. If you book, you provide your name, email, and any details you choose to share; these are processed by Cal.com and sent to our team. Providing this information is entirely voluntary — nothing on this site requires it, and if you’d rather not use the booking form, you can simply email us at info@adamatics.com instead. Legal basis: taking steps at your request prior to a contract — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Cookies
Before you make a choice, only strictly necessary cookies are set. Analytics and functional cookies load only after you accept them, and you can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the “Cookie settings” button shown on any page.

Embedded content
Some pages embed third-party content — the Adamatics platform demo and the Cal.com scheduler. Once you interact with them, these services may set their own cookies and process data as described in their own privacy policies.
Where your data goes
- Microsoft Clarity is provided by Microsoft, which is self-certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework — this covers transfers of Clarity data from the EU/EEA.
- Cal.com is provided by Cal.com, Inc., based in the United States; transfers to Cal.com are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses.
No other personal data leaves the EU/EEA.
How long we keep it
Analytics data is retained according to Microsoft Clarity’s published retention schedule: session recordings for 30 days, and aggregated click/heatmap data and any labeled or favorited sessions for up to 13 months. Your cookie-consent record is kept for up to one year, after which you will be asked again.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. To exercise any of these, email info@adamatics.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency, Datatilsynet.
You may also withdraw any consent you’ve given — for example for analytics or booking cookies — at any time, free of charge, using the “Cookie settings” button on any page. Withdrawing consent won’t affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
Changes
We may update this policy as the site changes. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version.
